Product returns
At Chang Seng Packaging we endeavour to make our customer online experience as satisfactory as possible so that you can make a fully informed purchase decision. We encourage our customers to contact us directly for further information regarding any of our products.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to change of mind or incorrect choice, please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The returned goods must be in original packaging and in an unused condition. Goods which have been opened cannot be accepted.
Once the goods are inspected upon return we will issue a refund back to your credit card (or original payment method) excluding the original shipping charge.
If the goods purchased are faulty on arrival, you must contact us as soon as possible with the product complaint. When we have confirmed, we will offer to exchange the goods or offer a refund.
